All products purchased from Verkkukaupta have a two-year warranty issued by Solu Design regarding manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects related to normal use and wear.

You have the right to return or exchange jewelry purchased from the soludesign.fi online store 14 days after receiving the order.

Before exchange or return, please contact our customer service contact.soludesign@gmail.com. There are no additional costs for you to return.
