Service provider

Transactions in the online store

You can make purchases in the online store if you are over 18 years old.

After placing the order and accepting the order and delivery conditions, you will receive a binding order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided with the order. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order.

Tariff

The price of the product is the price that is displayed for the product at the time of ordering in the online store. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order e.g. if there are changes in the availability of the product or if there is a clear price error in the pricing of the product (e.g. if the price of the product is missing).

Payment methods

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Online banks (Danske Bank, Nordea, Aktia, OP, Savings Bank, S-Bank)

For an online bank payment, you need the usernames provided by your bank.

Tariff

Delivery time

Solu Design processes incoming orders within one or two (1-2) working days. The delivery time depends on the product, its availability, the chosen delivery method and the delivery address. Our products are sent from Helsinki. Posti acts as Solu Design's courier.

Customer register

Personal information about the customer is collected and stored in the customer register maintained by Solu Design. The use of personal data is described in the privacy statement, which can be seen on Solu Design's website at soludesign.fi/tietosuojaseloste.

The customer accepts that the information he provides can be processed for the purpose of managing the services and operations of the Online Store. The information is not used for direct marketing without the customer's approval. The information is also not disclosed to third parties, unless it is an authority.

The register contains the following information: Person's first and last name, E-mail address, Wish list products, Phone number, Purchase history, Information about marketing license, Gender, Information about jewelry preferences, Product reviews, Year of birth and Product-specific notifications.

The customer has the right to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing by informing the customer service of the Solu Design online store. If there are errors in the customer's information, the customer can submit a request to us to correct the error. The customer can also request that their data be deleted to the extent that it does not contain information that is subject to the retention obligation in terms of official supervision, such as accounting and tax information on donations or prizes.

The customer of Verkkokauppa accepts that the information he provides can be processed for managing the services and operations of Verkkokauppa. The information is not used for direct marketing without the customer's approval. The information is also not disclosed to third parties, unless it is an authority.

Warranty

All products purchased from Verkkukaupta have a two-year warranty issued by Solu Design regarding manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover defects related to normal use and wear.

Solu Design can be released from responsibility during the warranty period, if it can be shown that the product's error or breakage was caused by an accident, use or treatment contrary to the product's instructions or intended use, or other circumstances for which the Customer is responsible.

The customer must notify the product of a defect within a reasonable time after the customer noticed the defect or should have noticed it.

Order cancellation and product returns

The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it. This right of return does not apply to products that have been manufactured or changed according to the customer's special wishes or that have engraving. The right of return also does not apply to products marked as order products in the online store.

Solu Design can be released from liability during the warranty period, if it can be shown that the product's error or breakage was caused by an accident, use or treatment contrary to the product's instructions or intended use, or other circumstances for which the customer is responsible.

The customer must notify the product of a defect within a reasonable time after the customer noticed the defect or should have noticed it.

The customer has the right to cancel the order if the order has not yet been delivered . If the Customer wants to cancel his order, he must contact Solu Design's customer service by email. The e-mail must state the subscriber's name, address and order number. The online store will return the payment for the canceled order within 14 days.

Changing Terms

Solu Design reserves the right to change the online store, its practices and order and delivery conditions at any time. If the conditions are changed, Solu Design will announce the change on the Terms of Use page of the online store. The amended terms and conditions apply to orders placed after the change has been announced.

Obstacle force majeure

Solu Design is not responsible for delays or damages caused by an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not have reasonably foreseen or the consequences of which it cannot avoid. Such an overwhelming obstacle (force majeure) is considered e.g. fires, industrial action, wars, natural disasters, interventions by authorities, disruptions in transport, subcontractors, equipment, software, browser or network connection.

Solu Design is not responsible for the consequences caused by interruptions of the Online Store due to possible maintenance work, technical faults, disruptions in telecommunication connections or other similar reasons.

Responsibilities and Ownership Rights

Solu Design is not responsible for indirect damages unless they are caused by willful infringement or gross negligence.

All rights to the content of the online store belong to Solu Design, and all image and text materials presented in the online store (including product images, drawings, texts, graphics and logos) are the property of Solu Design. The customer does not have the right to download, edit, transfer, forward, copy or sell the content of the Online Store or part of it without prior written permission from Solu Design. Unauthorized use or copying of image and text material protected by copyright is prohibited. Finnish law applies to the resolution of disputes in the event of copyright infringement.

Solu Design has the right to make changes to the Online Store and has the right to change these terms of use. The customer accepts the changes when using the Online Store. The contract terms valid at any given time can be seen on the website of Solu Design Verkkokauppa at www.soludesign.fi

Finnish law applies to any disputes between the Customer and Solu Design regarding these terms and conditions .

These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions of Solu & Co Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Solu Design") regarding the use of the Solu Design online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") as well as the terms and conditions regarding the ordering, delivery, cancellation and return of products. By registering as a customer of Verkkokaupta or ordering products from Verkkokaupta, the user (hereinafter "Customer") accepts the terms and conditions of Verkkokaupa and undertakes to comply with these terms.
